FAQs
Do you take insurance?
No. Unfortunately insurance companies do not cover in-home primary care. We try to keep our prices reasonable but are a cash-based service.
Does Sprout Wellness offer/carry vaccines?
No. Vaccines are not available through Sprout Wellness. Should your child need immunizations, we refer you to the local health department.
How long does a home visit take?
In-home exams with Sprout Wellness can last anywhere from 10-45 minutes depending on the appointment type and the level of complexity of the child.
How do I make an appointment for my child?
You can make an appointment through our online scheduling system, or by calling, texting, or emailing Sprout Wellness.
Do you send me a bill?
No. At this time, payment is due at time of service.
What is the age range of children you see?
We see children from birth to 18 years of age however, we prefer to see kids starting at 2 months vs. seeing them at a few days old. At this time, Sprout Wellness does not have the equipment or resources needed to assess for or treat high bilirubin levels. Because we care about the safety of our patients and want them to receive the best care available, we typically recommend newborns be seen in a clinic for the first few appointments following birth.
